What data the intake chat collects
The way to get in touch on this site is the intake chat. If you use it, we collect the details you share in the conversation: your name, email address, and whatever you tell it about your business. The transcript is reviewed personally and used solely to respond to your enquiry (including preparing your video reply) and, if you proceed, to scope and deliver our service.
Lawful basis
We process the personal data you submit through the intake chat on the lawful basis of taking steps at your request prior to a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and operating our business (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Prospect data (B2B outreach)
Where we reach out to business contacts as part of our sales activity, we process limited business contact data (work email, job title, company) under the lawful basis of legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We process only what is necessary and proportionate for B2B outreach about a service relevant to your role. You may object to this processing at any time by replying to any outreach email or contacting us atautomate@hubbardmedia.com.
Retention
We keep enquiry and prospect data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, typically 24 months after last contact, or longer where needed to comply with legal or accounting obligations. Client data held within the automation systems we operate is governed by the terms of our service agreement with each client.
